By accessing or using CommentPilot you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of service
CommentPilot is a web application that helps YouTube creators review, draft with AI assistance, and publish reply comments on their own videos. It also displays channel analytics and membership information to help prioritize replies.
3. YouTube API Services
CommentPilot uses YouTube API Services. By using CommentPilot you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.
4. Account eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction, to use CommentPilot. You agree to provide accurate information when signing up, to keep your credentials secure, and to be responsible for all activity on your account.
5. Acceptable use
You will not use CommentPilot to:
- Send spam, harassment, hate speech, or otherwise illegal content;
- Violate YouTube's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service;
- Automate replies in a way that breaches YouTube's policies on authentic engagement;
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service or its underlying infrastructure;
- Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
6. AI-generated drafts
CommentPilot produces AI-generated suggestions as drafts for human review. You decide what, if anything, to publish. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to publish. CommentPilot does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or suitability of AI output for any particular purpose.
7. Fees, credits, and subscriptions
Some features require credits or a paid plan. Current pricing is shown inside the application. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Except where required by applicable law, fees paid for credits and subscriptions are non-refundable.
8. Your content and data
You retain ownership of the content you submit or generate with CommentPilot. You grant CommentPilot a limited, worldwide license to process your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.
9. Service changes and availability
We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Termination
You may stop using CommentPilot and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if we are required to do so by law. On termination, data handling follows the Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
CommentPilot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CommentPilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts paid by you to CommentPilot in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty US dollars (USD 50) if no amounts were paid.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by in-app notice or email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
