No — and that's intentional. CommentPilot drafts reply suggestions based on your style and the comment context, but nothing is ever published without your explicit approval. You review every suggestion and choose to approve, edit, or skip it. You stay in full control of what goes out under your name.

Yes. CommentPilot connects to YouTube through Google's official OAuth flow, which is the same secure method used by every major app that integrates with Google services. We only request the permissions needed to perform the actions you ask for, and you can revoke access at any time directly from your Google account settings.

Every time you approve, edit, or skip a suggestion, CommentPilot learns from that signal. Over time it builds a picture of your tone, vocabulary, how you address your audience, and what kinds of replies you prefer. The longer you use it, the more accurate the suggestions become — and you never have to explicitly "train" it.

Yes. CommentPilot is built to handle multiple channels, each with its own voice, tone, and workflow. Whether you run one personal channel or manage several channels for different brands or clients, you can keep them all separate and properly configured.

CommentPilot's core is built around YouTube — that's where we focus our depth and quality. But we've recently added cross-platform capabilities: you can now generate Instagram posts from your YouTube video thumbnails and publish them directly. We're carefully expanding beyond YouTube, adding new platforms thoughtfully rather than rushing to support everything at once.

Social Posts lets you turn any YouTube video into an Instagram post. Choose between smart-cropping your existing thumbnail or generating a completely new vertical design. The AI then writes a caption with optimised hashtags and mentions. You can publish directly to your connected Instagram account or download the image to post manually. Both feed (4:5) and story (9:16) formats are supported.

The main difference is context and workflow. ChatGPT doesn't know your channel, your audience, or your history of approved replies. CommentPilot brings everything together — it knows the comment thread, the video context, your previous decisions, and your style. It's also built as a proper workflow with a review queue, not a chat window you copy-paste from.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support. Once deleted, your data is removed from our systems. We don't hold your data hostage or make it difficult to leave.
